The magazine · once a year

Tiefgang

Issue 1/2026: Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

A printed magazine in an age when everything scrolls. Seventy pages on strategy, leadership and leading yourself — with tools for thinking further and, for each article, three questions to ask yourself. Published in German.

Why print

Some thoughts need paper, because they need a place where you cannot swipe on.

Tiefgang — German for the depth a ship draws — is neither a newsletter nor a customer magazine. It carries no advertising, no case studies with company logos and no showcase of services. It is an object to think with, made for people in leadership who want to read in a quiet moment — and it appears exactly once a year, because more would be neither necessary nor honest.

All case examples come from my work with leadership teams. Names and details have been altered where necessary.

Between issues

A year lies between two issues. In the meantime: the Leadership Logbook holds notes on purpose, structure and leading yourself — shorter than the articles in the magazine, but drawn from the same work.

And if you see things differently: contradiction is expressly welcome. I print the most interesting letters in the next issue.
